Corina Helgestad MA, LPC is passionate about teaching women to be healthy in their hearts and minds so they can live the abundant life that Jesus offers us. She is a licensed mental health therapist and has worked in Christian outpatient mental health clinics from 2013 to 2023, when she opened her private practice in Janesville.
Corina specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression with a biblical and holistic approach. She offers individual and group sessions.
Corina also facilitates seminars and workshops aimed at making mental health understandable, practical, and fun.

Barry Helgestad is a certified Christian Life Coach and Mental Health Coach. He received his education and training from Light University and the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC).
Barry specializes in coaching men in the areas of anger, shame, purpose & flourishing. Individual and group sessions are available in these areas. He also facilitates seminars and workshops helping men to connect with their authentic self and the God that loves them.
With 15 years of teaching experience in the field of art education, Barry believes that there are two things that a person needs to succeed: enough time and a supportive community.

We are excited to share that MCN Center of Wisconsin is transitioning to a new name: Vertical Depth Mental Health. While our name is changing, our location, services, and commitment to high-quality care remain the same. We are still located in the same building, and you may notice that exterior signage will continue to reflect our former name for a few more weeks during this transition.
